Every new client starts here. I come to your home, meet your parrot, and learn exactly how they like things done. The intake visit is free and there's nothing to prepare.

How Booking Works

Request a Time

Pick a day and time that suits you. Your booking goes to me as a request.

Confirmation

I personally review every request. Once I approve it, you'll get a confirmation email with the details.

We Meet

During the intake visit I will meet you and your parrot(s). We will make sure that we are all a good fit, I will request access instructions and then you are set for your upcoming stay.

What We'll Cover at Intake

Every parrot is different. Meeting your bird before their first care visit lets me learn their personality, routine, and quirks, and gives them a chance to get comfortable with me. When I come back to care for them, they'll see a familiar face, and you can leave home with peace of mind.

  • Meeting your parrot and seeing their setup
  • Their daily routine, diet, and favorite things
  • Where food, water, and supplies are kept
  • How I'll get into your home on care days
  • Any questions you have about me or my care

There's no cost and no obligation. It's simply a chance for your bird to meet me before I care for them.

Care Visits After Intake

Once we've met, I'll set up your care visits with you directly, whether it's a single day or a whole trip away.

$45per visit

Every visit includes

  • Full cage changeover
  • Fresh food
  • Fresh water

If we've already met, just reach out with the dates you need. I'll confirm your visits and invoice you through Square.

Good to Know

Payment

Nothing is charged when you book. After your visits, I'll send you an invoice through Square.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. There's no cancellation fee.

Approval

Your booking is a request until I confirm it. If a time doesn't work, I'll reach out to find one that does.
